1. Return Request Time frame
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The 48-hour window starts from the delivery time shown by the courier tracking system.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, an unboxing video is compulsory for all return or refund claims.
The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening

Show the shipping label clearly

Capture the full unboxing process without cuts or pauses

Clearly display the issue (damage, defect, or missing item)
⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund
A. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives damaged or defective:

You must submit the unboxing video within 48 hours.

After verification and approval, we may offer:

A replacement, OR

A full or partial refund (based on assessment)

B. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order:

C. Incorrect Item Received
